The guest services staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

The spa pool was a delightful feature, perfect for relaxation during my stay at Hilton Florence. The hotel staff was welcoming and energetic, providing exceptional service throughout. We had a comfortable stay, loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Everything was good, it had fast wifi, nothing too much trouble. Early check-in was a bonus. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, nonetheless it was great...

Will be back based on good staff and food. It is a reasonably priced property located in Isolotto - Legnaia district short walk to the centre, the city center, the airport in Firenze.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering services like room service and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and soundproofed walls.

The staff members are helpful and welcoming, providing prompt service. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or relax in the whirlpool. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to and from the Firenze city center, allowing for easy exploration of the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely with a great view of the city in the distance. The bed was very comfy and the lights and blinds were conveniently controlled with a device on the bedside tables. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the trolley station, making it easy to reach the main train station in the center of town. The hotel facilities, including the whirlpool and fitness room, were modern and well-maintained. The staff, especially Emliano, were incredibly helpful and professional.
