The guest services staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

The spa pool was a good feature, perfect for relaxation at Hilton Florence. The hotel staff was cute and energetic, providing really good service throughout. With a variety of terrific meals offered at the restaurant, I enjoyed every dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

We had a comfortable stay, loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Everything was good, it had fast wifi, nothing too much trouble. Early check-in was a bonus. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, nonetheless it was great...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely with a great view of the city in the distance. The bed was very comfy and the lights and blinds were conveniently controlled with a device on the bedside tables. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the trolley station, making it easy to reach the main train station in the center of town. The hotel facilities, including the whirlpool and fitness room, were modern and well-maintained. The staff, especially Emliano, were helpful and professional.
